4. Core Router- This router is known to distribute internet packets within a network at a very fast pace. However, this router cannot share internet packets between two or more networks. Hence, in most cases, people prefer to use a combination of edge routers and core routers to set up large articles.
5. Virtual Router- This router is a form of a plan B when the master router network fails to transfer data packets through the network. Virtual routers serve the purpose of offering an alternative data transfer route. This comes in handy when data transfer is essential without delay but the master router fails to function due to technical issues.
